The Cigna Group submitted comments in response to the Senate Finance Committee (SFC) Democrats’ request for information (RFI), “Health Coverage That Works for Everyone.” Our response highlighted the importance of thoughtful action and sustained collaboration across the health care system to apply meaningful reforms that address the underlying drivers of health care costs. We worked extensively with industry trade and employer groups to ensure our priorities and messaging were aligned. The Cigna Group previously responded to an RFI on policy options to lower drug prices and a third RFI on long-term care was recently published.
